Step 1: Touchless Mounting of your wheels and tires.
Step 2: High Speed Computer Balance using stick on hidden weights.
Step 3: Clean with microfiber cloth and specific wheel cleaner.
Step 4: Shrink wrapping of wheels and tires with thick 120 gauge plastic.
Step 5: Wheels and tires get placed in custom made boxes for each set.
Step 6: Place extra padding for protection.
Step 7: Place extra layer of thick cardboard for even more protection.
Step 8: Fold over all four layers of cardboard on to the face of the wheels.
Step 9: Strap the boxes with heavy duty strapping tape using our automatic strapping machine.
Step 10: Finally the wheels and tires are picked up by UPS to be delivered to you in as early as 2-5 business days.
